The current Orchard Central menu lists the happy-hour raw oyster as coming from Hyogo Bay, Japan. Check the current menu for availability.

What flavoured oysters are available?

The raw oyster is $3 during happy hour. The regular menu lists truffle, mentaiko and Chinmi chilli oysters at $7 each, and ikura oysters at $9 each.
